Processing Time

Many of our products are made-to-order, personalized, printed, or fulfilled through third-party production partners. Processing times vary by product.

Typical processing time is 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit time, or unexpected production delays.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different fulfillment partners or from different facilities. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier issues, customs, supply chain disruptions, high order volume, production issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, front desks, or the carrier if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package.

Damaged Packages

If your package or item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.

International Orders

If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or delivery charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays or refused international packages.
